The
Carriage House
Built of the same stone as the main house, this extensively
modernized building accommodates up to 136 guests. The 3,600-square-foot
space features a second-floor mezzanine rimmed by an ornate
iron and brass figurine railing. The center atrium overlooks
the maple floor below, which can serve as a dance floor.
The
Grand Parlor
A more recent addition to the Van Dusen complex, the Grand
Parlor accommodates up to 350 guests, depending on seating
arrangements. The 3,400-square-foot space can easily accommodate
a band and dance floor.
The uniquely
coffered ceiling can be highlighted with varying dramatic
lighting configurations. This building features dazzling white
Art Deco women's restrooms, contrasting with bold black marble
Art Deco men's restrooms.
