The Carriage House
Built of the same stone as the main house, this extensively modernized building accommodates up to 136 people. The 3,600-square-foot space features a second-floor mezzanine, which can serve as an exhibit or seminar area, or can be arranged for banquet seating. The maple floor below can serve as a meeting, cocktail or banquet area, or a dance floor. The Carriage House is equipped with audiovisual technology and touch-control lighting.

The Grand Parlor
A more recent addition to the Van Dusen complex, the Grand Parlor accommodates up to 350 people, depending on seating arrangements. The 3,400-square-foot space can easily accommodate large banquets, exhibits and displays, a band and dance floor.

The uniquely coffered ceiling can be highlighted with varying dramatic lighting configurations. This building features dazzling white Art Deco women's restrooms, contrasting with bold black marble Art Deco men's restrooms.

The Courtyard
The brick courtyard between the Mansion and Carriage House is ideal for luncheons or small groups. Beautifully landscaped, the courtyard features a waterfall and pond.
