The
Carriage House
Built of the same stone as the main house, this extensively
modernized building accommodates up to 136 people. The 3,600-square-foot
space features a second-floor mezzanine, which can serve as
an exhibit or seminar area, or can be arranged for banquet
seating. The maple floor below can serve as a meeting, cocktail
or banquet area, or a dance floor. The Carriage House is equipped
with audiovisual technology and touch-control lighting.

The
Grand Parlor
A
more recent addition to the Van Dusen complex, the Grand Parlor
accommodates up to 350 people, depending on seating arrangements.
The 3,400-square-foot space can easily accommodate large banquets,
exhibits and displays, a band and dance floor.
The uniquely
coffered ceiling can be highlighted with varying dramatic
lighting configurations. This building features dazzling white
Art Deco women's restrooms, contrasting with bold black marble
Art Deco men's restrooms.
The
Courtyard
The brick courtyard between the Mansion and Carriage House
is ideal for luncheons or small groups. Beautifully landscaped,
the courtyard features a waterfall and pond.
